Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During product launches, holidays, tournaments, or high-volume sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available when offered at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Just Volleyball Threads is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Carrier delays beyond our control
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damaged items or packaging, if applicable

We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
